David, Jane and I checked out Rotary North Perth's Foodbank Collection at Flinders Square on Saturday. Their system of passing out a flyer to shoppers entering the supermarket listing items required works really well. In the short time I was there, the group received a generous number of donations.
The North Perth team will be at Dog Swamp Shopping Centre on Saturday 16th August so pop along if you want to see them in action.
We also attended the Rotary Community Group #2 Reset Workshop today. We came away with some new ideas which we'll share with you at an upcoming meeting.
