Dr Mark Fielding is our guest speaker at our meeting on Tuesday, 11th November.
In this presentation Mark will briefly chart the extraordinary achievements of the AIF on the Western Front from July to September 1918 when the Australia Corps, under General John Monash, played a disproportionately crucial role in the retreat of the Germany army and the advent of the Armistice on 11 November 1918 - the day we now call Remembrance Day.
